Terms of Service

Welcome to Closer Fastlane. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you") and Closer Fastlane Ltd.("we", "us") governing your access to and use of our websites, apps, and services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your credentials safe. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. The Service

Closer Fastlane provides AI-powered sales coaching, including text chat with an AI coach, voice roleplay against simulated prospects, skill progression, and analytics. The Service is intended for educational and training purposes and does not guarantee any specific sales outcome.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activity or to harass others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or probe the Service
• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Use the AI coach's outputs to mislead or defraud a third party
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile info, uploaded transcripts, coaching conversations). You grant us a license to process that content as needed to operate the Service — for example, passing your sales profile to the AI coach so it can personalize advice.

5. AI-generated content

The coach's responses are generated by third-party large language models. Output can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for legal, financial, or medical advice. You're responsible for reviewing anything you act on.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed via our payment processor (Whop). Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact us within 14 days of the charge. Promotional codes have the terms stated at issuance and may be revoked if misused.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal risk for us. We'll try to give notice when practical.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we'll notify account holders by email or in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
